Unless of course this entire situation is all some scheme to buy back SGCP shares cheap... I'm not saying it is, but I trust NOONE when it comes to penny stocks. One day we may wake up and SGCP might be fully reporting and trading on the open market at 3 cents a share under the current structure. You never know!
