LHPT and PDGO were never supposed to merge. PDGO was going to acquire one of the LHPT subsidiaries but the financing didn't make sense. But things do change so anything is possible.

There is no evidence of anyone being hoodwinked, but I agree something must be up with the silence.

The PDGO website was taken down on 3/23, but not because the domain expired or anything. It was intentionally brought down.
