Of course it was and anyone that could not see that doesn't know penny stocks and their legal and regulatory functions. So now instead of bagholders you now have fractionalized bagholders that have shares worth even more than worthless if that is possible...lol.. And in penny stocks it is possible. The saying "it cannot go lower than .0001, so there is little risk", is completely false as it is now going to be lower dollar value in account when it trades after the RS.
