I thought the moron CEO was out - that the deal was DONE last week & we were just waiting for the PR telling the public.

If he still has time to wake up and sell more shares, evidently it is not such a done deal now?

He is a VERY shifty lawyer, I know.
I wouldn't put it past him to sign a deal that pushes him out of the company and him just outright backing out on the deal two weeks later after he gets the monies that are put up on the deal.
