What does "time" say about EPA certification supposedly submitted for the Wildcat hydrogen system?

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=49612306

Did HLNT call the EPA and tell them, "never mind, we have a new and improved model, so we don't want certification of the old system?"
If the Wildcat system did everything HLNT/consultants claimed it did I think the government would fast track something like that as an alternative energy, if it was submitted as HLNT claimed and if it actually worked. Matter of fact the government would probably provide funding for more research and more improvements on a system that already "worked great" with all the benefits to cleaner air, better fuel economy, more power, .......
while the EPA was reviewing it for certification.

What has "time" told investors about the "HOSS" other than one of the photos used was proven to be from the "electric UTV" manufacturer by using "zoom" tools on any computer to enhance what the red letters said on the windshield.

It's been on a slow boat from China to the EPA. Or was it sent back?

It's been in a garage in a crate and on the way to the EPA. Is it still sitting in that garage or has somebody finally finished asembling it?

It's even been in "phase 1" and "phase 2" EPA testing.
Did it pass?

Where is it now?

Being used to drive to the mailbox?
