The problem is that because it's so obvious what Holder will say, the pps has already accounted for it. IMO this won't explode like some of you are predicting. Rather, it'll give the industry a small or moderate bump. It wont do anything else because nobody is actually afraid of the feds overriding the states in this situation.

Beyond that, the industry will need state action in order to progress. Nothing the feds say will matter because there's no way in hell marijuana laws are getting through congress, and everybody knows that. In other words, the federal government is powerless. It's all up to the states.
