A reverse split,... if done for the right reasons and at the right time in the development of a company can actually be a positive thing.

Often times it is not done for the right reasons,... and is done primarily by a company with no income, no likely means of legitemately raising capital via new investors at current conditions,... and occasionally with a set of owners/directors running an investing ponzi-scheme scam just lining their own pockets and blowing smoke up the a-holes of their current shareholders/bagholders.

IMO - this is a real company,... with a real potential product (actually several potential products in the long term if you include the LEAPS system waiting in the wings),.... and with a legitimate chance of making it past the dreaded 'development stage'.

We even have a very good idea what the timeline is on the make or break potential of CVM. It is when the Phase III trials are completed,.... most likely (barring failure of Multikine) by sometime early 2015. Possibly 2014 if things were to fall right.

It's a waiting game here. A "Minor" R/S (less than 10:1) won't effect my opinion or my positions here. And that seems to be what is in the books IF an R/S happens according to the Annual Meeting previews. It isn't even a given that an R/S happens this year (or next),.... so relax on that front would be my opinion.

I'll be looking to add again by later this year or early in 2014. Until then - I am standing pat with what I hold.

We are in general agreement it seems Nschai1.
