No, actually, you don't count those shares until they are actually trading in the market. Are you arguing with S&P 500 and Dow Jones? Are you, "some dude" here on IHUB, saying they are wrong? Go look at Google Finance and see how it is calculated. EPGL is $20mm approx.

You are ignoring CURRENT SHARE STRUCTURE. 499mm float. Float x s/p = Market cap.
