The only recourse I would see is a class action based on missleading information. I will try to explain.

Did/does ldsi own any trademark, name branding, or even the backstagevibe domain name? I need to research these items first.

Then we have the crazy part which are state laws. Is the state bsv is operating in allow the web creater permission to use the website for profit in the case ldsi had a string of nonpayment. Was anything paid for? That I assume is a no considering ldsi would be sueing right now like crazy.

It looks like ldsi is now an empty shell which isnt technically uncommon in the scam penny markets. Perhaps a new fake product or another company wants the established company name (good or bad).

Answer these questions and I suspect you would as shareholders class action against ldsi and its missinformation or lack of information. The SEC would also be a good resource to contact as I and others assumably have already done.

If this isnt a total scam I apologize but in the real world if it stinks...

I wish the best and all of this is only my opinion and if there are grammer and spelling mistakes it was hastily typed on a smartphone.
