Yes, the SEC issue is over;
Yes, there was an officer ban and fine;
Yes, the company will not achieve CFP Q12013 or so it appears.
Yes, the revenues for 2012 were not as good as expected and were only about 400% higher than 2011 suggesting significant progress.
Yes, the costs are still too high but the company appears to be heading in the right direction and have cut costs by over $1,000,000 year over year.
