Not to be smug, rude, or condescending to anyone, but there shouldn't even be any more speculation about how the government will respond to state legalization. This incessant talk about the AG is getting kind of old. The low down dirty truth is that prohibition is almost OVER. The feds are so in debt that they're starting to see dollar signs like all of the other MMJ investors. Plus, the social revolution is well underway. Gays are getting married, the president of the US is BLACK, cognitive liberty is being returned back to the citizen's right to choose their mode of thinking -- altered, sober, or otherwise, and even violence is on the sharp decline. (This is statistics. Dr. Pinker has a book about it: "The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence Has Declined"). So, despite the pessimists and negative Nancy's in society, we're all moving closer towards enhanced freedom and prosperity. It's always darkest before dawn: this applies to everything from stocks to our individual lives.

It's always the optimists who are shakers and movers in this world. They invent, create, explore, cure, design, heal, and inspire everyone else. All pessimists do is sit around and bitch all day.

Quite a long tirade, but I feel better after getting on a soap box. ;)
