Looks like you don't understand the stock market at all!!! People that buy shares of PNCH within the last or next weeks don't invest in it just because this 10k will be so great!

They invest in the FUTURE of the company, a TV Network!!! Where it will be in 3 months, 6 months or maybe 1 year!!!

And if they can buy shares NOW below .02 and PNCH will be at .2+ in 6 months or 1 year than that's what you call smart investing in the stock market!

People please forget the past here...all posts about the past (especially some things that happened 5-10 year's ago) are off topic and will be deleted by the mods!

The stock markert is a forward looking market!!!

I don't wanna hear all those old fairy tales any more!!!
