if you think about the amount of "cash grabs" that APS and victorymark did leading up to this, you gotta figure they have millions on hand to do whatever they please with this... and for them to come out with victory mark and awesome penny on one stock, im thinking they are locked and loaded to make this count. just my .02 cents, of course i could be completely wrong.
