Agreed Maye is the President but the details of the 'potential' merger of LHPT and HCE was never revealed.

Its possible that the lawsuit is holding up the merger. IMO Todd is not going to put LHPT at risk. The lawsuit was field in December. Maye didn't take over operations until January. There is no evidence that that lawsuit will have any impact on LHPT.
