Nope, those RI filings were in early March.

If you read the post where I discussed the deal giving TerraSphere to Gildea crony, Darlington, I first discovered the identical address in the RI business filing in early February, but didn't want to mention it here, because I figured that they would eventually file a new form showing the "real" ownership of RI Vertical, and didn't want them to give them the "heads up" that someone was watching for those filings.

I honestly didn't expect it until after the eventual bankruptcy, so didn't check back with the RI Sec of State until the Friday that the 10-K was filed.

That's why I was really surprised to discover that that they had filed the new business entity forms on March 5.

So no, the March 5 RI entity filings weren't filed on the same day as the 10-K, but I did become aware of them the day the 10-K was filed.

BTW, since all of this happened after I was no longer a shareholder of COIN, I would have no standing in the court, so there's no reason for me to bother with a lawsuit.

If you're not able to sell your shares before they BK, however, you might have standing.
