It's hard to describe and come to a finite conclusion with a bunch of bullet points. We have seen all the pieces to the GSE puzzle. Thousands of articles, white papers, interviews, speeches, testimonies, amendments and politics. Not too many people have taken the time to put the pieces together. Every time I do it, it comes back with the GSE preferred puzzle being made whole.
