Needed to wait for RI business filings

Wouldn't make sense to report the Terrasphere deal that gave it back to the Gildeas (likely) and their business partner, Darlington, before it happened, now would it?

So I waited until they filed the appropriate business entity forms with the RI Secretary of State before submitting the complaint.
