Yes these are buys.
Although, we have to also understand, as you say, that somebody has to be selling their shares on the ask for people to be able to buy.
So obviously somebody is selling monster shares on the ask, and i would say its the restricted shareholders.

Now we dont see VERT on the ask, but i think JEFF is also selling restricted shares. Good point though thunder
