I have never heard the term qtrly options for stocks. Have only heard that term in relation to futures which are qtrly.
Looking at the two different options again, I see that the SPY7 option only has a multiplier of 10, not 100. Looks like maybe that is what you bought by mistake. No clue where this option came from, never heard of it before.
