i think that ungs is doing all of this to have all thier ducks in a row so they look good for a buy out !!!!months ago when they were going to sell they let everything go by the wayside because they felt that they had a deal locked in but it fell through lesson learned when you sell you must keep every thing up to snuff all the way up untill the sale date great to see them back on track!!!!!
