Looks like they're completely wrong, here:

"I would like to reiterate that they are a fully operational and currently producing oil/gas! The I-1 well is currently producing WTI (West Texas Intermediate) crude with an API (American Petroleum Institute) gravity of 37, which command a premium over regularWTI with an API gravity of around 39.6. The lower the gravity rating the more valuable the oil, as it will produce a higher percentage of gasoline and diesel fuel when compared to higher gravity ratings. "
