Read the posts by Whiplash Investor. He talks about the o/s max at 2.5 Billion. BW might be telling us the truth and he will dilute for cash to start up, or he might be lying to us and buying back while the pps drops. Who really knows. I guess it all depends on how many shares are diluted after the TA's ungagged. Some companies have a higher O/S along with a higher PPS, go figure.

If it's 5 Billion I'm outty 5 thousy just for the record.

But it won't be, BBDA gonna do big things in my opinion.
