Its not sexual disrimination it is pregnancy discrimination
She can not be demoted or lose hours because of her condition..she and her doc are to make those decisions. If she can physically continue to do her job then it is illegal for her to be demoted because she is pregnant. There is a whole section in e learning about preg discriminarion. It is against the law
