At the time the suspiciously inflated PFS data for the control in 1st line came out I speculated that the scans had been shuffled.

At this point it's hard not to consider that outside sources didn't influence the 1st-line results. Look at the game PPHM has been playing. They're taking a path that few other small biotech companies take. They're holding onto all their IP and postponing any partnerships until they've reached bavi's maximum net present value prior to getting approval. What if along the way they had several lucrative offers that they turned down? What if that didn't sit good with the BPs that tendered those offers and are use to getting their way with those type of negotiations? What if these BPs wanted to make an example with PPHM and send a signal to all the other small biotechs? Fall in line or there will be consequences.
