Uncle Alex did file a 4 page "Restated Articles"
on 3/14/13. My WAG is this was done by new
accountants to cover some irregularities from
past audits (cannot access the document in question).

As far as the stock splits, the secretary probably
filed the dilution docs under splits erroneously,
then filed the actual split correctly. Many of these
stock questions go unanswered because none of
the principles own any stock to speak of, so why
should they care. I'm sure many of you posters
are much more educated in the area of share
structure ect than the ATWEC BOD.

The new auditors are in for a wild ride unless they
can change ATWEC's way of doing business.
Remember when Uncle Alex misplaced almost
400M shares? I'm sure that is just the tip of the
iceberg. Hopefully we will see the "Restated
Articles" in a future filing.
