Appa is a sleeping giant why? people are talking about only apf530 nausea vomitting market but no one talking about apf112 they have already done sucessfully phase 2 but had no money to proceed further. Apf112 is long acting of mupivcaine local anesthetic which will administer at the site of surgery for relief of pain for 5 days, 70 million surgeries occured every year in usa and could generate 500 million easily. so far only one long acting local anesthetic is availabe in market which is bupivcaine which can cause irreversible heart block but mupivcaine does not cause such side effects.
