They have to be careful about the taxes cause if they will be too HIGH it will force the trade back underground. Pot shops will be empty and local dealers will once again be In control with lower prices, bypassing all state taxes.

Taxing the pot trade 25% at each level will surely not accomplish any tax revenue.

And anyone else who gets busted for local dealing will probably get a misdemeanor.
