How long does it take to get a fill @.0001 or .0002 BID sitting? Days weeks?

This could be a fun play to treat it like a supper sub penny play. I always love those.

L2 says a lot of MMs with 10k orders to buy on the floor, lol
Just wonder how deep are their orders?
10k or a few 100mm? I know it ain't 10k.
