For one MMj collectives are deemed non- profit
Lets suppose a contract with sk3 would cost an average of 10 thousand Dollars. A supposed $30 million dollars of contracts have been awarded, that would mean 3,000 contracts with 3,000 collectives?? and not even a Phone # to contact them??
makes you wonder how 3,000 separate collectives contacted them
