It looks to me Joe may have the leverage over that other water stock to own a license agreement after all.

I've had much success and fun playing super subpenny stocks in the past. These can be a riot. You just have to know how to play em.
With Joe at the helm, I may be crankin this one for free shares.
The market cap is the big key in these.
