Here are some links. Its alot to look at but it really does show how much of a stand up guy Timothy Hayes is. I am still trying to see if there is a connection to EDXC.
It starts with RTIN Holdings. Read the first one carefully. Hayes is mentioned twice.

So obviously this gives you a bases of where he was about ten years ago. It seems as though they got him in there & then screwed him. He was a key witness for the SEC against the Swansons & other execs but he was not a part of it.
So on to where this technology has went. There were patents pending regarding these companies
MedEX Systems
Pegasus Systems
and I think Safe Med Systems? Or safe med systems were a sub of the company.
SS Acquisitions acquired Safe Script
during the bankruptcy.
So here is something that is very interesting I found when trying to make the connection between EDXC & Timothy hayes & MedEX.
This a from ASSURED Pharmacy:
"Mr. Mutter served as our Chief Operating Officer since May 11, 2005. In January 2004, Mr. Mutter was retained by us as a consultant to provide technology and information systems support. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Mutter performed similar responsibilities for the MedEx Systems Inc. designing, implementing and managing a digital prescribing infrastructure for Pegasus Pharmacies. Prior to these positions, Mr. Mutter has held numerous field engineering and technology positions with Alpha Microsystems, Tomba Communications, Neosoft Inc., Checkpoint Systems, and Southwest Communications."
Mutter & Hayes were involved with Medex & Pegasus management systems.hhmm.......? Interesting.
Thats enough for now, I am still trying to find out who has the patents, if any? IMO I dont think it is a coincidence that Todd, Mutter & Hayes are all in this together. These boys got something brewing:):) Got to!!EDXC
Will be interested in anyones input on this.
