In order to make plastic 'most optimal' for JBI machines the plastic requires processing.

The recycle industry does this now, with gov subsidies, for profit. The end result of this process is-

Documented, real world market values for plastic.

If JBI uses plastic, processes it, and turns it into fuel...

They have an end product that has a value that is less than the documented values for plastic.

The existing market dictates the value.

The subsidies offset the processing loss for recyclers.

JBI does not qualify for subsidies.

JBI operates at a net loss.
