SiteWorks Building & Development Co., Announces Contract for 350 Room, USD 39,600,000 Design Build Hotel Project in Hainan Province China

SiteWorks (OTC BB: SWKJ) has announced the company has secured a design build contract for a 350 room Hotel in Hainan, China.
The Hainan Hotel, owned by the Park Plaza Co., will be a flagged five star luxury hotel. Construction will start in early 2006 and completion is currently scheduled for late 2007. The Guaranteed Maximum Price for the contract is USD 39,600,000.00.
C Michael Nurse noted: "This project would be our first in China and as such is of particular significance for the company as we believe it is the first of many similar sized projects in Mainland China in coming years ahead."
The Park Plaza Company is also building a hotel in Phuket, Thailand, for which SiteWorks is also performing the construction. Groundbreaking on that project is scheduled for November 27, 2005, to coincide with SiteWorks' CEO C Mike Nurse scheduled visit to Thailand to launch the Bangkok office.
