Yes, but this statement does-

From the 10K;

"we made the determination that in order to obtain the most optimal feedstock on a consistent basis... we would be required to purchase this feedstock"

Quote:we operated under the premise that we would be able to obtain significant quantities of waste plastic for free...

I do not see this statement as meaning they require the most optimal plastic available

JBI stated that they used 'some' FREE feedstock in the quarters production. No numbers were provided to indicate how much, but this is certainly the 'offset' to achieve the NEGATIVE GROSS PROFIT FUEL SALES but massaged numbers to delusion the spin that that you tout-

Looks like a profit of .56/gal.

Regardless, NEGATIVE GROSS PROFIT FUEL SALES does not in any way indicate that the company made a 'profit'.

And, for all you know, (based on the fact that JBI did not break out the numbers needed to draw solid conclusions) every employee, family member and passer by had been saving every bit of wast plastic for the last 5 years, hand cleaned and hand sorted it and put it all in the processor in this quarter... and still was only able to offset the numbers enough to create the mild glimmer of hope that .56/gal could be made on #2.
