There are no buyers of IVAN only bagholders
What we saw this week was
on Monday
current bagholders sold on news of RS
on Wed
current bagholders who sold on Monday bought back on news of SBM

Now IVAN bagholders are back to where they were before,
the shareprice has stalled and
bagholders are again waiting for a revenue producing project to happen.

Now it is a game of CHICKEN of RS
can they get something done before they have to do a RS
IMO if they have "no news" to keep them from having to do a RS,
then they will have "no news" the day of the RS to keep shorts from taking the shareprice back down.
