Amgen's T-Vec in melanoma

In ph2, they did find that the drug had effect on non-injected lesions, so it implied it did have immune response.

They did report that regression occurred at uninjected visceral sites, but there were only 3 stage M1c responders (PR+CR) and they've presented CT data from 2, so I am interested to see data from a bigger sample size.
