Well no one can answer that question but management and they won't.
I personally think the merger news will come before any reverse split news, giving early investors the time to cash out.

So far in the last 6 months i have had 2 penny stock companies do a reverse and drop the value of my shares to nothing. So invest wisely.

So far AUCI has a positive outlook based on the news they are putting out, but you never know. Thats why its a penny stock
