The reason that I thought that a settlement had been reached was JJ only allowed Vringo and Google 1 day, not a week delay that they requested just before the President's Day holiday. And then nothing. It made no sense to me that JJ would be so impatient and then suddenly so quiet. I was hoping that JJ was allowing Vringo to announce a settlement during the CC. But it was not to be. I really never that a settlement would happen. An acquisition? No way!! It's now up to JJ. No other options now.
