Fair question actually. yes there has been a lot of noise here recently. Many of us are excited about the upcoming promo. Personally I cannot speculate weather there's been dumping of shares bt insiders or not. The about low floaters like this is that they can go up or down easily. We had a nice run to about 17 cents recently. With the right promotion that will be coming very soon we could get back to that level or higher. Time will tell.
