The stickies covers most of it. The quick and easy..June 27th is Markmen hearing. The Markmen hearing is basically the court ruling on the language and interpretation of the WDDD patents, are they enforceable. WDDD has small float, been getting eaten up weekly. Last Friday they secured additional financing with some big boy names in the IP Litigation sector. Hudson, Iroquois, and Honig (billionaire) also threw in cash. So no need for any dilution, WDDD is funded. Susman Godfrey is a top notch lawyer firm with MAx Tribble as a superstar in the intellectual property field being lead counsel for WDDD. They looked over the case took 9 months doing DD and came to conclusion they would take case on contingency. Max Tribble has outstanding record of taking smaller companies up against big names like Google ( already beat Activision) and winning. Suing Activision for patent infringement over 5 patents, 59 instances of which they only need 1 to stick for positive outcome. Best of all will-full infringement and treble damages.
So the lead up is to June 27th, if favorable we go ballistic in PPS, and odds are Activision settles before trial, if markmmen hearing goes against them..things go bad..but all arrows are pointing to positive outcome, but the court rulings ...well they are tricky and never know when they throw a curveball at you.
