I attended a spring flower show this morning at which I saw some mature Hylocereus Undatus (dragon fruit). IMO, this crop has several positive factors that need to be considered before the cry of "sell those plantations" grabs hold.

1. These fruits are huge. They look like grapefruit sized rose buds. It would take about 18 to fill a bushel sized basket.

2. They have a rising price curve and a steady market.
