Wow that's very contrary to what they told me.. Was your order in a cancelation pending status? Mine was... The guy I spoke with told me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed for any money lost from the time I submitted the order to the time my order was actually executed.. I was filled a few minutes late at .8439 or so.. Was your order a market sell? Mine was a limit order put in for significantly lower than the current bid and still didnt get filled until it went .05 below that bid and didnt execute till it nearly touched what I was asking for.. It was quite radical actually..
