Seems the real question should be

'Who' is Norm Singer. Nice to talk about responsiblity and duties and liabilities and all that. Please share what you know of Norm's Director activities in CGFI. I looked. Dont see anything.
Maybe you should try to find out what he affectively does before discussing 'reasonable compensation'. After all, you're compensating him.

and as far as 'Managements Expectations', judging from current share price, I'd say theyre pretty low.
