there are bid dips frequently...
just not of the magnitude that you are talking about.
If you are looking to get in, I would set your buy price a little higher...

Because like I said... .001 wont be happening anytime soon.

a dip of .001 might happen, which would bring it down to the .004s-.003s... but expecting the reverse will be a long wait.
