From what we see from the TheStreet and most other gurus, the profits FNMA makes is not going to the common stock holder, so why should it ever rise?.

All the profit is going to be taken to the treasury. Better sell off with the profits made. Once the earnings release , they will tell where all the profit is going to go, its not common share holder for sure.
