I think its that they arent yet ready for liftoff. Remember the 8k with the sole purpose of slowing this down. They want it on their timeframe and they know when the finalfilings are out this goes out of their control. They may be the ones trying to spur selling as shown with less than 100$ in very low sells today. Not going to get mine, just a matter of time. Btw, day 59.
