Great re-entry point here at these prices with the 10K delay. I think the fast growth created some accounting "classification" issues, none a big deal though. Time to load up imo. What's your private group thinking right now.

Sequenom (NASDAQ: SQNM ) won't file its 10-K annual report for its fiscal 2012 "in a timely manner." The company admitted in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it won't submit the documentation in time because of what it termed an "accounting classification error." That error affects the annual and interim results as of end-2011 and 2010, and for the 2009, 2010, and 2011 fiscal years, which Sequenom says "should not be relied upon."

The company was to file the 10-K on March 18. It said it intends to submit it within the 15-day extension period granted by the Securities Exchange Act.
