Here's what I find curious,

All media outlets were declaring or at least implying crash and burn Suntech in press releases. I only found one article last night (of course not American) indicating that this was a good move for WUXI to allow Bankruptcy. Regardless of what everyone says or does Suntech continues to make panels like nothing has happenend.

Who really knows how Chinese Bankruptcy works?
With all thats been said about how China wants to save face, whats to stop them from re-oranizing, bailing out WUXI and leaving STP alone without the debt burden.

I really dont know but the story is very one sided right now, maybe because it really is.
