He was the Mastermind behind this scam. Jerod didn't know peanuts in the beginning, Kistler (of FDMF) was writing the Pr's and then Mark Nucklehead (of MIKP) all 3 companies Kistler was the ringleader along with Carnes. Jerod then took over the incredible PR fish stories and began concocting his incredible fairy tales to dump stock for All of them while scamming hundred's of believers. They stole some very serious coin from this contrived scam. Hence the SEC crackdown.
