It is a bit old news I'm afraid. picked up after the q3 release, with no response in the marked because MM always said that they keep Madera ready for a restart (I believe someone told us over here they need about 60 day's to start it up again when they want to) but they will not start it up before it is really needed in the market. So I guess that unless the ask for Ethanol will really increases, there will not be a startup soon.
